What You Should Bring

We have taken care of almost everything, so you can arrive feeling relaxed and supported.

Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease, and bring a towel and a water bottle.

For reformer pilates classes, grip socks are required to keep you steady and supported. If you do not have them yet, they are available for purchase at the studio.

For mat pilates and yoga, all mats and equipment are lovingly prepared for you. All that is left for you to do is arrive, take a breath, and settle into the moment.

Checking In

If this is your first time with us, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins. This gives us time to welcome you, answer any questions, and guide you through a short first time introduction, so you can start your class feeling calm and at ease.

If you have been with us before, we invite you to arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and prepare. To keep the experience peaceful and uninterrupted for everyone, late arrivals may not be able to join the class.

Your First Time Guidance

A few minutes before the session begins, your instructor will warmly welcome all first timers into the studio.

You will be gently guided through the class, shown how to use the equipment, and given space to ask any questions.

This moment is there to help you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to move with ease.

Frequently Asked Questions

If anything is still on your mind, we would love to hear from you. Send us an email anytime.

Do I need to create an account to try a class?

No, you do not need to create an account to become a member. However, creating an account is very helpful. It allows us to get to know you a little better, understand your preferences, and guide you more personally, especially if you decide to continue your journey with us and become part of our community. It also makes booking, managing classes, and staying connected with the studio much easier for you.

How far in advance can I start booking classes?

Our schedule shows the upcoming two weeks, so you can always book classes and treatments within that period. As one week passes, a new week becomes available, keeping your schedule up to date. You can view real-time availability anytime through our website or booking app. New classes and workshops are added regularly, so we encourage you to check back often or enable notifications in the app.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that days can get busy, and life sometimes shifts unexpectedly. We kindly ask that cancellations for classes are made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in your credit being charged. For unlimited membership holders, a late cancellation within 12 hours will incur a €7.50 penalty fee. Each member receives one “raincheck” per year, allowing a late cancellation without any penalty. We truly prefer to see you enjoying your class rather than charging a fee, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us keep classes available for everyone.
